Feasts of Resistance: North Africa & Ethiopia Immerse yourself in history during this educational African cooking class. While you learn how to make doro wat—a rich and spicy Ethiopian stew—you’ll also discover the ways conflict has shaped food in the region and explore how dishes around the world were created or affected by political unrest.
