The Canvas by Ever Debut Showcase

Chef Curtis Duffy invited hundreds of Chicago event planners, social media influencers and hospitality pros to experience his new private event space, The Canvas by Ever, in West Fulton Market this spring. Guests toured the space, sipped cocktails and enjoyed creative canapés: Think fresh carrots pulled from pumpernickel “soil,” frozen hamachi with blue basil, and strawberry daiquiri cotton candy. The new space can host weddings for up to 80 seated guests or 100 guests reception-style. Special thanks to additional vendor partners: BBJ La Tavola, Kehoe Designs, Maverick Beverage Company, PartySlate and Sazerac Company.
