Fashionable brides-to-be and industry insiders gathered at the Four Seasons Social Lounge, the hotel’s newly redesigned lobby, for a decadent showcase of bridal gowns from Mira Couture and towering cake creations inspired by them, crafted by the Four Seasons pastry chef (and winner of Netflix’s School of Chocolate!) Juan Gutierrez. Stunning invitations byElizabeth Grace set the tone—and even inspired a cake of their own—and matched personalized gilded chocolate bars that served as place cards. Kehoe Designs provided stunning florals and an arch of greenery, whileDJ Tess kept the energy high. Guests noshed on light bites and sipped bubbles from Bellissima Proseccoand gourmet tea while, behind the scenes, Bridal by AgaandHair by Juan Joségot models runway-ready. Miniature cake samples were served alongside a presentation of the dresses that inspired them: Banana cake with Thai banana cremeux accompanied gowns by Neta Dover, Stephen Yearick and custom Mira Couture; while Madagascar vanilla cake with silk vanilla mousse came alongside Netta Benshabu, Pronovias and Anne Barge gowns. It was a stellar showcase of both dresses and desserts—and brides left feeling inspired. Photography by Collin Pierson Photography
