What have you done to make exercising work better for you? I had a back injury after my third half marathon, so I’m a Pilates freak. It was a hard transition not running anymore. That was my outlet—I had to find my second love.
Fasting: yes or no? Intermittent fasting has really helped me. Your body needs time to let your systems cleanse themselves, and then you can put nutrition back in. That’s a huge win for maintaining health.
What is a product you would recommend? Lumify eye drops. You can tell where your wellness is hanging through features like the whites of your eyes. These drops make your eyes so bright.
What wellness trend do you think will stick around? Functional training. Our population is aging, and this is conditioning those muscles that we use every day, building and strengthening them.
What’s your evening ritual?I go over the list of great things that happened that day. If you think positively before that deep sleep, you’re more likely to have good dreams. We all want to wake up feeling positive too.
