What is your morning ritual? Drinking coffee—it’s the first thing I do before I work out. I also try to read every comment on Instagram so I can interact with people.
What are three things you do to maintain a healthy well-being? Sleeping—I have to have eight hours of sleep—chiropractic care at least once a week and spending time with people I care most about.
What’s one thing you’ve done in the past year to change your health? It’s easy to say I don’t have time, but I decided to make sure I’m taking care of myself, whether that’s with an infrared sauna, a massage, working out or incorporating CBD in my day. It keeps my neck and shoulder injuries at bay—and so does that chiropractor.
