Two hundred top executives from the most notable caterers across North America attended this summit, which featured a progressive dinner concepted by Catering by Michaels. Guests enjoyed an interactive cocktail hour with caviar bumps and chef’s stations and a synchronized dinner service. The evening concluded with classic Chicago-style hot dogs served in the loading dock, where caterers always end their night.
