In collaboration with the Catering Executive Club of Chicago, The Langham hosted a night of elegance and culinary delights for the city's event planning elite. Guests arrived in fabulous attire and enjoyed a cocktail hour while a live pianist serenaded them, then sat down for an exquisite three-course dinner from Chef Damion Henry. CEC President Nash Calihan and The Langham's director of social catering Shaun Rajah each spoke before the evening ended with a cake giveaway and espresso martinis.
