What’s your morning routine?I wake up and the first thing I do is meditate, before I even get out of bed. Meditation has made me a much more patient and kind person.
Where is your dream wellness retreat?Anywhere you’re immersed in nature, so you can feel connected to the earth. I lead a retreat every year in Mexico that I love—it’s right on the beach.
How do you keep yourself on track when it comes to exercising? If you do anything for 21 days, it becomes a habit, just like brushing your teeth. So I try to do something physical every day. Now I can’t go a day without it.
What inspires you in the wellness community? My students. I see the same people who show up with such commitment and joy for their practice. I’m honestly so moved by that.
