G&T&Tea for Two
1 ½ oz. London Dry Gin
½ oz. simple syrup
1 tsp. Rishi Dandelion Detox tea
Brew 1 tsp. of dandelion tea in 4 oz. of boiling water for five minutes. Fill collins glass with ice and add gin, simple syrup and 1 oz. of the brewed tea. Top with tonic water and garnish with lemongrass and a slice of lime.
