The AIDS Foundation Chicago’s World of Chocolate Fundraiser was hosted at Union Station, where guests sampled treats crafted by 14 Chicagoland chocolatiers and confectioners. From sweet to savory to boozy delights, the inventive bites included truffles, jalapeno-infused bon bons, and octopus-garnished chocolate.
AIDS Foundation Chicago president and CEO John Peller thanked the roughly 1,000 attendees for supporting the organization’s mission to end the HIV epidemic by 2030.
Nearly $200,000 was raised to support the vital services AFC provides to thousands of Chicagoans annually, guided by the mission to create equity and justice for people living with HIV or chronic conditions.
