Avid Awareness

| August 4, 2014 | Parties

Nearly 200 notable Chicagoans, including Mamie Walton, Diane Primo and Bunky Cushing, gathered at a private Gold Coast club for The Ryan Licht Sang Bipolar Foundation’s eighth annual Early-Onset Bipolar Medical Briefing Luncheon. Highlights included warm remarks from the foundation’s founders, Dusty and Joyce Sang; the presentation of the Shining Star Award to Amy Morro and Abby McCormick O’Neil; and an emotional keynote address from Kate Gaynor-Dickey. Proceeds from the luncheon will benefit the foundation’s goal to foster awareness, research and an empirical test for early-onset bipolar disorder. –Photos by Jennifer Girard
