WINGS Program, a Chicago-based service provider for victims of domestic violence, hosted dynamic fashion show BLOSSOM at the 21c Museum Hotel Chicago just off the Mag Mile. Produced by Zzazz Productions, the event showcased Elda de la Rosa’s couture spring 2024 collection and featured a musical performance by the Elaine Dame Quartet.
The evening drew a stylish crowd of 150 attendees, including Nigel Barker, renowned photographer and judge on America’s Next Top Model, who publicly revealed for the first time at the event that he is a survivor of domestic abuse. Domenica Lida Biondolillo, former Ms. Chicago 2023, walked the catwalk alongside several models who are also survivors, including noted artist and actress Melissa DuPrey. WINGS honored Candace Jordan for her continued support of domestic abuse survivors.
BLOSSOM raised nearly $100,000 for WINGS, supporting its mission to provide housing, education, advocacy and other supportive services for survivors of domestic violence.
