At the 73rd annual Summer Ball, an esteemed crowd of 225 guests gathered to raise funds for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago Woman’s Board. Attendees enjoyed dinner before the live and silent auctions, which featured big- ticket items such as a Cubs package, tickets to see The Who at the United Center and a stay at a luxury hotel.
Among the sharp-dressed guests were BGCCC President Mimi LeClair and co-chairs Karen McEniry and Betsy Bradley.
The evening culminated in a memorable performance by the City Lights Orchestra. An impressive $1.25 million in committed revenue as well as an additional $350,000 was raised to directly benefit children at BGCCC Club locations, where underserved youth are empowered to excel in school and lead healthy lives.
