Hosted by Meals on Wheels Chicago, the Celebrity Chef Ball at The Geraghty united over 50 of Chicago’s top chefs—including Michelin, James Beard and Bib Gourmand award winners—to fight food insecurity and combat loneliness. Each table served as a chef’s table, offering a unique six-course meal, providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience while supporting a critical cause.
The event attracted chefs from some of Chicago’s most celebrated restaurants, including Austin Adler of Maple & Ash, Bradyn Kawcak of Atelier and Carlos Gaytán of Tzuco. Chef Brian Jupiter of Frontier and Ina Mae Tavern cochaired the event, helping raise vital funds for MoWC’s community-focused initiatives.
Through ticket sales, a live auction and generous donations, the event raised enough to provide nearly 180,000 meals to those in need. Proceeds will support MoWC’s Home Delivered Meals Program, Nourish Chicago Pantry and Pet Program, which together distribute over 4.7 million meals annually.
