The Peninsula Chicago has welcomed iconic French brand Krigler’s sixth boutique. Abundant with perfumes, scented candles and soaps, the new outpost also has a workshop where Krigler can create a bespoke fragrance or candle for clients. Says owner Ben Krigler of the store, which is designed as a jewel box with a boudoir feel: “It was inspiring to combine our Krigler codes with the fascinating ornamentation style of the school of Chicago with the Asian touch of The Peninsula Hotels.” 108 E.
