CS Magazine, in partnership with the Illinois Restaurant Association, celebrated the amazing partners that make the annual Chicago Gourmet presented by Bon Appétit come to life. The 2016 “Food is Art” theme was infused throughout the VIP reception, starting with the Terzo Piano space located in the Modern Wing of the Art Institute to the fall harvest vegetable centerpieces by the creatively cool Revel Decor. A carefully curated wine list was created by Southern Wine & Spirits in collaboration with the Terzo Piano team to pair expertly with Chef Tony Mantuano and Chef di Cucina Carolina Diaz’s beautiful charcuterie and fromage display in addition to the high style hors d'oeuvres. Chicagoans, VIP Partners and Sponsors along with the magazine’s publisher mix and mingled while Cagen Music’s instrumental duo enhanced the ambiance with renditions of Top 40 hits against the backdrop of the city skyline.
