Salon 61, the newest private event space from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, is Chicago’s hottest wedding venue. Located in the River North neighborhood at 61 W. Hubbard Street, this chic space is perfect for your every wedding need from rehearsals dinners to welcome receptions to your big day.

But what truly makes Salon 61 so special? Aside from the absolutely stunning space, it’s their team’s full-service mentality starting at your initial site tour all the way through to night-of-event support.

Site Tours & The Space

Salon 61 offers 3,900 square feet of space and can accommodate gatherings of up to 100 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor or 150 guests for cocktail-style reception with a dance floor. Booking a guided site visit is an incredible first step to explore the space with the expertise of Salon 61’s events team.

As you enter the bright blue door on Hubbard Street and ascend the grand staircase, you’ll be greeted with the first of the venue's two unique rooms: The Library. Perfect for a cocktail hour, welcome drinks and more, this area offers an intimate setting with warm, wood-paneled walls and coffered cherry wood ceilings.

Continue into the space and you’ll be immersed in The Atrium, featuring a fully vaulted glass ceiling and large windows. This room transforms effortlessly between rehearsal dinners, ceremonies and receptions. A charcoal gray and white harlequin marble floor enhances the timeless elegance of the space, while a pair of grand crystal chandeliers accentuate the light and airy atmosphere.

Menu Planning & Tastings

Your elevated evening deserves a menu to match. Salon 61 is dedicated to collaborating with you to curate a tailored menu; from a cocktail reception or a seated dinner, to family-style or live stations, they can do it all. The menu showcases favorite dishes from various Lettuce Entertain You restaurants, offering interactive experiences such as a carving station, raw bar, a signature Sushi-san handroll bar, and more.
