1) Tell us what makes your business stand out?
Our level of experience helps us to stand out, we have been in business for 16 years! On top of that, each Senior Event Consultant came to Clementine with a vast knowledge of planning weddings and events. Each consultant has incredible experience, many in off-premise catering, venue management and rentals. We truly know how to put an event together from the ground up. We adore all the seemingly boring logistics of timelines and floor plans. We know what it takes to make the event a success and it's not just how the event looks, but rather all the un-sexy, behind the scenes details that make an event successful.
2) What is something you constantly strive for?
Of course the ultimate goal is to have a happy client! However, we are constantly striving to be the best team players we can be for our event partners. We treat our industry peers with the utmost respect, we value their opinions and we listen to their ideas. We firmly believe we are a team and every single person involved is valuable. It takes a village of extremely professional individuals and teams, who work together, to make the entire process and the event day run smoothly.
3) Do you do anything that is signature to your brand?
We have had so much fun with the Clementine branding! We feel it truly represents our team in every way. Our goal from the beginning was to create a company that is fresh, bright and uplifting. We're a very positive and supportive group of women and I think we all shine through the visual branding of a clementine. We have taken that brand far and wide within our team dynamic and it has helped us foster a sense of identity within ourselves that we then sprinkle onto our event partners and clientele. The Clementine branding can be seen as a positive, inclusive, fun and professional brand.
4) What is your proudest achievement?
The majority of our inquiries come to us because a vendor or venue rep has suggested our services and that makes our hearts fill with pride. When our fellow event partners refer people to Clementine it is the absolute best feeling because it tells us that our industry peers enjoy working with us. It reminds us that they think we do a great job and that we are professional. That is the biggest compliment we can receive.
5) What is your favorite trend for weddings currently?
While we aren't trend obsessed, we are loving all the patterned dance floors, colorful and textural florals, hanging installations and patterned dresses. Trends are fun but we like to dig a little deeper into the likes and dislikes of the client and help them to create something that is truly unique and special to them.
