CS and the Lincoln Park Young Professionals organization partnered to develop a one-of-a-kind tasting experience in a unique space to feature the region's top beverage brands. To keep guests guessing the location was only unveiled day of— Taste 222 hosted the event and welcomed guests through their “secret” event space, only accessible by a hidden entry within a bookcase wall. Taste 222 is the storefront of the Cleveland Avenue headquarters, a venture capital and consulting firm that invests in remarkable food, beverage and restaurant concepts. Guests dined on innovative takes on dishes such as macaroni & cheese, meatloaf sliders, flatbreads and kale salad. Guests sipped specialty cocktails by Scapegrace Gin, ABM Cocktails, Crystal Head Vodka, Old Elk Bourbon, Teeling Whiskey, Petal Sparkling Botanicals, Old Pulteney Whiskey, Speyburn Scotch Whiskey, anCnoc Scotch Whiskey, Reed's Ginger Beer, Peroni Beer, Crispin Rosé Cider and FINO Tequila.
