THE PARTY Nearly 500 guests turned out for the reopening of Park Hyatt Chicago’s seventh floor, which includes the highly anticipated NoMI Kitchen. Attendees—among them, Mary Ann Childers, Candace Jordan, Les Coney, Michael Kutza, Marc Schulman, Grant DePorter and Amanda Puck—sampled dishes like foie gras terrine, beef tartare and uni avocado toasts prepared by Executive Chef Ryan LaRoche. THE SCENE After socializing over specialty cocktails, guests were invited to tour the new NoMI Spa, featuring two private suites and offering customized aromatherapy treatments.
