THE PARTY About 350 guests gathered at The Mid-America Club for the Australia Day Ball, a black-tie event celebrating the food, wine, entertainment and culture of Australia. THE PLAYERS Attendees included the Honourable Kim Beazley, Australia’s ambassador to the USA; the Honourable Roger Price, Consul-General of Australia in Chicago; Tabatha Coffey from Bravo’s Tabatha Takes Over; and Joe Robinson, winner of Australia’s Got Talent, who entertained with a special performance. THE SCENE Raffle proceeds totaling more than $5,000 were donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago.
