THE PARTY Drumbar, Raffaello Hotel’s rooftop lounge, hosted quite the grand opening party. Vice President of Nightlife for Menin Hotels Benjamin Newby created a menu of handcrafted cocktails, which were served by bartenders in Prohibition Era-inspired garb of pinstripes, bow ties and vests designed by Noble Uniforms. THE SCENE Celebrity Chris Masterson spun tunes as servers passed bites from Pelago.
