What motivated you to start your business?
I purchased Entertaining Company in May 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic (I know – crazy timing!). The process of the purchase started long before 2020 but, I knew in my heart that it was still the best decision to move forward with the purchase.
I have always had a passion for creativity, food and hospitality ~ Entertaining Company encapsulates it all!
How did you handle the pandemic?
We pivoted by offering drop off catering family meals, virtual gala gift boxes, holiday meals, holiday gifting, cocktail kits ~ Anything and everything we could think of, we did!
My main goal and focus during the pandemic were to keep the team together and to stay connected with our clients.

Tell us what makes your business stand out?
Design Concepts integrated within our food and beverage (We eat with our eyes first, the visual of the food is as important as how delicious it is!)
Personalization of each wedding ~ every wedding is unique and custom to each of our clients. We
Through extensive client communication, we create more than just a menu but, an elevated experience that leaves lasting memories.
What is your proudest achievement?
There are so many proud achievements but, there are two that standout currently.
#1: Staying relevant and keeping the team together during the pandemic.
#2: We catered a three-day wedding event in Nashville, TN for a Chicago Family in September 2022. It was an incredible experience to be able to take our talent and creativity to another City!
