The Party More than 500 business associates, civic leaders and friends gathered to celebrate the life and philanthropic legacy of the late Chicago businessman Jim Tyree at the James Tyree Foundation’s first annual fundraiser, held at the River North headquarters of Mesirow Financial. The Scene Emceed by Allison Rosati and Rob Stafford, the evening included words from Mesirow Chairman and CEO Richard Price, Miriam Pike of Wolcott School and Tyree’s wife, Eve Tyree. In a nod to Tyree’s favorites, the event included Harry Caray’s hors d’oeuvres and Earth, Wind & Fire music. More than $500,000 was raised to support causes close to the Tyree family’s heart like Wolcott School, Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, the James C.
