The Party
More than 700 guests took to the dance floor at the Hyatt Regency Chicago to show off their twinkle toes and support breast cancer treatment and research at the 10th annual Arthur Murray Dancing With Chicago Celebrities gala. With an enthusiastic bunch of dancers, the evening raised more than $300,000 for cancer charities.

The People
Each celebrity dancer was paired with a professional partner courtesy of Arthur Murray Dance Centers. Then, the dancers wowed the crowd with their routines. The night’s big winner was WGN-TV’s Sarah Jindra, and WGN Radio’s Lou Manfredini received the celebrity-MVP honor. The rest of the superstars included Alicia Roman, NBC Chicago; Rashied Davis, former NFL player; Dionne Miller, ABC7; Erika Maldonado, Univision Chicago; Marisa Buchheit, Miss Illinois; and Derrick Young, CBS Chicago.

Best in Show
Celebrity judge and Broadway star Victoria Regan helped bring the crowd to its feet with a number inspired by Broadway legend Bob Fosse. But the most touching moment of the night was when a group of dancers honored survivors and fighters of cancer with “Fighter,” a special dance led by Susie Rios.
