Front Desk Chicago invited the finest chefs & concierges to compete in the annual Concierge Cook-off. Taking place in the sleek GE Monogram Design Center, chefs were teamed up with concierges to compete for the winning dish judged by our editors and GE’s Executive Chef, Jon Liddell. Chef Liddell prepared bacon brittle and chimichurri shrimp andouille for all guests to enjoy.Chicago's favorites, The Florentine, Province Restaurant, Benny’s Chop House, Da Lobsta, Sunda, Blue Frog’s Local 22, Grill in the Alley and The Kerryman went head-to-head to create delicious plates with our concierge teams. Chef Chris Macchia of the Florentine and his team took home the "Favorite Dish" title and each attendee left with luxury raffle prizes and swag bags. One lucky concierge took home the Horseshoe Casino luxury grand prize!
