How far in advance should couples book your business?
The perfect time to hire a Wedding Planner is within a month or two of getting engaged! We can take the guesswork out of the initial stages of planning and can offer valuable guidance on assessing your wants and needs and putting together an initial vision. And then by setting a realistic budget, matching you with the right venue options, and helping you assemble the perfect vendor team, we bring that vision to life from start to finish.
If you've got the wedding planning handled, but are looking for a Wedding Coordinator to execute your day, we've got you covered as well! It's ideal to book us 8 - 12 months in advance to ensure we are available on your date. We'll start working with you two months before your wedding, with enough time to draft your timeline, communicate with all of your vendors, and ensure your wedding day goes off without a hitch.
What is your proudest achievement?
I'm so proud of creating a business from scratch shortly after finishing business school, and still being in the industry 16 years later! And at the same time, bringing together a team of talented women who are like family. We are passionate about weddings, and excel at thinking on our feet to handle every situation.

Do you do anything that is signature to your brand?
Our clients LOVE our mini-itineraries that we pass out to the Wedding Party and immediate family at the ceremony rehearsal. In a concise, pocket-size guide, it tells them exactly when and where they need to be on the wedding day.
What do you think is essential for any wedding?
Remember to take 10 - 15 minutes after the ceremony for just the two of you to privately revel in your newlywed status... and enjoy some champagne and hors d'oeuvres. That way, your hands are free to greet your wedding guests at cocktail hour! And before entering your reception for dinner, we remind all of our couples to stick together throughout the rest of the night!
