The Party Carmichael’s Chicago Steak House in the West Loop was the site of the fourth annual I Gotta Guy festival, which raised nearly $60,000 for the Greater Illinois Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.The Scene Event Chairman Guy Niedorkorn, owner of I Gotta Guy Sausage, set up outdoor grilling stations where the 300 guests sampled fare paired with brews courtesy of Louis Glunz Beer.
