Made-To-Measure Wedding Gowns

Since standard sizing for wedding gowns are often made for a bride that is 5’9’’, many brides find the proportions of these gowns to be far from their own. Clips are needed in the try-on process and some imagination to understand what your dress could look like after alterations. Depending on the style you choose and the differences between your bust/waist/hip measurements…some dresses can’t retain the integrity of the design while also being fit to your body through sample sizing.
With Grace+ Ivory’s Made-To-Measure collection, you are ordering your wedding dress to be made to your proportions from the get-go. This is ideal for a great proportional fit; no worrying when your measurements fall into more than one size. You’ll still need final tweaks with a seamstress once the dress is on your body; you can get the right length with your shoes, add your bustle, and adjust seams/straps to your preferred fit.

It can be difficult to find wedding gowns that are up to your quality standards while in budget. Grace + Ivory works directly with their brides and with their production team to cut out layers of mark-up. They also list all their prices online, so you can feel confident that what you will try on works with your budget with no sticker shock to ruin your try-on experience.
Customizable
When trying on dresses, many brides find that the dress they love may not check all their boxes. Maybe they’d like a higher neckline or prefer a different fabric. Some brides even choose to combine elements from two (or more!) of their favorite gowns to create a design that is truly one of a kind.
