What motivated you to start your business?

Having an entrepreneurial spirit, I always strived for more. So after working for 15 years and 9 to 5, Makeup job, I decided to make a move and go on my own, March marks 25 years of working in a beauty industry, and nine years of working for myself. We always laugh that I left nine till five job to work seven days a week a lot of 12 hour days, and loving every minute of it.

What is something you constantly strive for?

I always strive to give my clients better service and always looking for inspiration how I can do that. I consistently strive to learn more even thou I’m advance, beauty educator nationwide, nationwide, but I’m always open to learn something more.

Who inspires you?

There are few levels of where I get my inspiration number 1, I get inspired by my peers, who continually growing their businesses & and always looking for ways to give back to community, I take inspiration from my clients, and from listening to their life stories.

What is your favorite trend for weddings currently?

For my favorite trend currently is pops of color everywhere! I mean everywhere, including wedding gowns! As far as beauty goes that effortless no make up make up, it’s still pretty strong going and to the contrary, takes longer to achieve, then full glam. A very strong trend in a beauty right now is a blurred the lip - meaning the color is applied with your finger, tapped gently on your lips.

What is the most gratifying part of your business?

There are so many gratifying things I can say about being a bridal make up artist. I pride myself that my clients, my brides, stay with me forever, they are clients for life, I've taken care of families of six sisters weddings and all family affairs! All the referrals that I get, the thank you notes, the tearful messages that I receive, I’m hold very close to my heart.
