Accessories queen Tabitha Simmons unveils what just might be the only handbag you’ll ever need.
The Nightingale bag (here in British Racing Green) has a lower compartment with integrated vanity mirror.
Tabitha Simmons may be most famous for her shoes, but in her new role as creative director of renowned British luxury leather goods brand Tanner Krolle, she’s making a serious splash in the world of handbags. Her latest design, the Nightingale, has a particularly fervent fan in Chicago style queen Ikram Goldman, who enthusiastically endorses it as the bag of the moment.
Show off the croc print with a clear conscience knowing that the bag is made entirely of recycled leather.
“These are the best bags,” says Goldman. “It’s exactly what I want to wear. I would take that bag everywhere with me,” she adds, noting Simmons’ expertise in structure, fit, patterns and materials. What makes the item such a standout? “It’s the perfect proportion and size,” says Goldman.

Even better? The bags are sustainable, made entirely from waste leather that would otherwise be thrown away, then stamped with a croc print for the ultimate chic finish. “I love the integrity behind the bag, that it’s about recycling old materials,” sums up Goldman. “There’s so much good in that.” 15 E.
