The James Beard Foundation Greens Chicago hosted a family-style, three-course dinner at Revival Food Hall featuring Aloha Poke Co., Antique Taco Chiquita, The Budlong, Black Dog Gelato, Brown Bag Seafood Co., Danke, Farmer’s Fridge, The Fat Shallot, Furious Spoon, Graze, HotChocolate Bakery, Smoque BBQ, TriBecca’s Cubano and Union Squared.
