JBF Greens Chicago: New Year, No Waste at Barrio

DineAmic Group welcomed JBF Greens at Barrio as chef Katsuji Tanabe teamed up with several of the group's talented chefs to create an inventive and delicious multi-course dinner inspired by the James Beard Foundation's commitment to the issue of food waste. Guests even took home a party favor of house made chips and salsa with a no waste recipe for Barrio chef Katsuji Tanabe's "Morning After" Chilaquiles.
