Chicago institution Gene & Georgetti is commemorating Southern heritage and the legendary Churchill Downs racecourse with a one-day-only Kentucky Derby menu, stocked with highlights like Kentucky Hot Brown sandwiches, fried green tomatoes, Gene’s fried chicken, turtle cheesecake, themed cocktails and more.
