The Luminarts Cultural Foundation celebrated its 10th anniversary gala, Next Begins Now, at The Arts Club of Chicago to raise funds to continue to uplift young artists in Chicago.
Co-chairs Emily and Daniel North, chairman and CEO of Wintrust Commercial Banking John McKinnon, former president general manager of Midwest market at Cigna Corporation Michael Phillips, and executive chairman and founder of Clayco United States and current commissioner general overseeing the U.S.A. Pavilion at Expo Dubai Bob Clark were among the notable guests who gathered to support the foundation.
Over an evening complete with performances by Luminarts fellows, such as Kenthaney Redmond and Alyssa Allgood, the gala brought the organization to a total of a stellar $1.3 million raised, exceeding its 10th anniversary goal by $300,000.
