Diane’s approach is all about customization. “Most planners offer three different packages—full, partial, or coordination— basically large, medium or small, sized like a T-shirt. “Our unparalleled service includes personalized attention to every Wedding Day VIP’s priorities,” Diane shares. “From the big moments to the small details, we’re there to ensure every moment feels effortless, luxurious, and just as expected.”
The success of a wedding day hinges on a few key areas outside the couple’s control—most notably, the vendors. “About a third of our time is dedicated to ensuring our vendors have a successful day because that directly impacts our couples' wedding experience,” Diane explains. “I just have to say how impressed I am by Diane's level of detail and her genuine concern for her vendors. She's the kind of planner that the best vendors want to work for and do their best for!” says artist Jennie Lou Tucker, a wedding day painter who worked with HBIC Weddings for the first time.
Favorite Standout Moment from 2024?
One of Diane’s proudest moments? Successfully planning and executing a three-day wedding celebration in Aspen, complete with gondolas, high-altitude logistics (11,200 feet above sea level), and sourcing an entirely new vendor team.
“The highlight was a picture-perfect streamer toss by every guest as the couple exited their ceremony,” Diane recalls. “Having over 140 people understand the assignment from a single instruction card and a streamer ring placed on each seat was magical.”
