After a five-year hiatus, the Lyric Opera of Chicago hosted its glamorous Wine Auction on the Ken Pigott Stage, featuring stunning scenic designs by the company’s technical department and plenty of top bottles including those from Burgundy winery Maison Joseph Drouhin.
Co-chaired by Nancy S. Searle and Erica L. Sandner,the evening drew notables including Laurent Drouhin, Suzanne W. Mulshine, Eileen Austin Murphy and more.
Organized by the Women’s Board, the auction featured exclusive trips, a private dinner at chef Rick Bayless’ home, a tequila tasting donated by Beam Suntory and more.
