The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago hosted its annual Visionary Luncheon, celebrating philanthropy and arts education, at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.
Nearly 400 guests attended the event, where honored artists Marilyn Minter and Laurie Simmons joined Pritzker Director Madeleine Grynsztejn to speak about art, feminism and friendship. Nancy and Steve Crown of Crown Family Philanthropies were also recognized with the 2023 Arts Philanthropy Award for their work in arts education.
The luncheon raised more than $600,000 to support the museum’s learning programs.
