Tell us what makes your business different from other wedding companies?
Inclusivity. We don’t necessarily charge for use of the space, but rather the cost of eating and drinking in the space. Not to mention, the designer linens, Italian leather chairs and built-in lighting and sound package we provide; at no additional cost!
What is your best advice for engaged couples?
The best advice is to remember to enjoy it! It’s easier said than done, but this can most easily be achieved by hiring trusted vendors who understand vision and expectation for your celebration.
What is your favorite trend for weddings currently?
Savory desserts. We created a cake made entirely of cheese wheels and a dessert station made up of a variety of artisanal cheeses. It was a hit! We threw in a little chocolate there too - of course - because that pairs with everything!
What is your proudest achievement?
The proudest moment of every wedding event is right after dinner when the party really starts and the couple or the parents make a point to come over and share all the compliments they are receiving. I immediately take that back to my team who are the ones that are truly to thank.
What do you think is essential for any wedding?
It all starts with a great space! Good food and music is a memory people always walk away with, and an open bar doesn’t hurt either!
