Mariano's Fresh Market invited guests to join renowned Chicago Chef and Tastemaker, Rick Ortiz of Antique Taco at Mariano's West Loop location for a unique cooking experience. Chef Ortiz taught guests how to properly prepare and incorporate guacamole in three unique dishes and immediately following the cooking class was a dinner with Chef Ortiz.
