What big news do you want to share?
After more than two years in development we have launched our very first laundry detergent for home use. Together with the help of the chemists at Dr. Beasleys, we are able to offer a product to our clients to use at home that is far superior to anything currently available on the retail market. “Bryn,” named after our original location, just entered larger scale production after an extensive testing period. It is available to our clients as of June 15, 2022.
What is the most gratifying part of your business?
The most gratifying part of our business is getting a referral from a client or boutique that is part of our retailer alliance program. There is quite simply no greater compliment. We try very hard to produce a superior product and create an over-the-top client experience. There is no better confirmation of our efforts than hearing that from a new client.
Who inspires you?
We are inspired by our parents and grandparents, who helped build the foundation of our business. Furthermore, we are inspired by our clients who continue to challenge us with new projects every day.
What is something you constantly strive for?
We constantly strive to stay on the leading edge of technology in our industry. However, we are careful to analyze the benefit of many of the proprietary processes that we have developed over the years. We know that bringing the highest level of quality and service to our clients is only possible by employing team members with a similar vision. Nothing makes us prouder than knowing that the average years of service of our employees is among the top in the nation.We know the value of experience.
What motivated you to start your business?
Our business was founded by my grandparents 65 years ago. Two people with a tremendous work ethic and a relentless passion for excellence. I am motivated to continue to operate our business under the same founding principles. Despite our growth over the years, we strive to continue to offer the same personalized experience and unprecedented quality.
Tell us what makes your business different from other wedding companies?
Davis Imperial is completely different because of the wide-ranging menu of services and our reputation of servicing couture garments from around the globe. We ship more than 30 packages across the globe weekly to clients who are seeking the highest level of care available in our industry. Whether it be wedding gown alterations, cleaning, preservation, or vintage garment restoration, we are truly a one-stop shop for any bridal need.
