Meet & Greet with Chefs Keller & Rouxel

Balena hosted a Meet and Greet with Chef Keller, along with Sebastien Rouxel, the Executive Pastry Chef for the Thomas Keller Restuarant Group with a special guest panel hosted by John Carroll of CS magazine. Guests enjoyed delicious desserts from the Bouchon Bakery cookbook, flutes of champagne and after the Q&A portion of the event, guests were invited to have their books signed by the chefs.
