Upscale Italian eatery Adalina and luxury jeweler Marrow Fine have teamed up to create the country’s priciest martini—the $13,000 “Marrow Martini.” A smoked heirloom tomato Mezcal martini, created by Adalina’s award-winning sommelier Colin Hofer, is served with a 14-karat gold tennis necklace featuring 150 diamonds (9.00ctw).

Chef and humanitarian José Andrés has curated an over-the-top carnivore-centric dining experience, taking place at his upscale Fulton River District steakhouse, Bazaar Meat. During the Jamon Experience, a chef carves a sow leg tableside, served alongside Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, hand-cut from Spanish sows fed on acorns and the Cinco Jotas, sourced from Jabugo, Spain. This rum-oriented bar offers the chance to sample one of its most lavish and inventive cocktails crafted with a peanut distillate process using R.L. Seale, 12-year-old Barbados rum, re-distilled in a rotary evaporator with crushed peanuts. The “Ants on a Log” is then stirred with sous-vide celery blanc vermouth. Curated by beverage director Kevin Beary and bar manager Scott Kitsmiller, the drink is included in the spot’s summer cocktail menu lineup, which features cutting-edge mixology techniques and celebrates innovative tropical cocktails. Uptown’s Cariño has debuted its Taco Omakase experience, bringing fine dining into the late-night hours with a 10-course menu starting at 10 p.m. Restaurant-goers can sample hyper-lavish house specialties, including Japanese-imported A5 Wagyu served in tortillas made in-house and togarashi and squid ink-seasoned grilled octopus tacos, paired with wine samplings from Jean Banchet-nominated sommelier Richie Ribando.
