Authentic Italian eatery Acanto is ringing in the Negroni Week festivities with its “Negroni Classico,” crafted with a thoughtful blend of Sipsmith gin, Cocchi Storico vermouth di Torino, Campari bitters and an orange twist.

Globally-inspired bar and restaurant Adorn showcases inventive, ingredient-driven offerings, and its unique Negroni twist is no exception. Playfully dubbed “If a Negroni Practiced Aromatherapy,” the cocktail lives up to its name with palo santo, vetiver, pink peppercorn, Tanqueray gin, Campari and vermouth.

The Rush Street signature is garnished with a grapefruit peel and crafted with a blend of Stray Dog Gin, Gentian Amaro, Italicus and Giffard Apricot.

The cocktail is garnished with an orange slice and crafted with Tanqueray gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.

Travel and dining destination The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago, pays homage to the beloved cocktail with its signature Negroni Rosato, available in the hotel’s Italian-inspired restaurant, Torali, or its bar.
