Now That's Good Service

| June 28, 2011 | Parties

The Party: The Stanley Paul-Raelene Mittelman Scholarship benefit honored Hazel Barr for her charitable contributions and work with The Service Club of Chicago. The Players: The room was all smiles when Bill Zwecker, Mary Pat Burns, Bunky Cushing, Mark Heister, Candace Jordan and Myra Reilly “roasted and toasted” Barr in jest. Guests bore oversized roses in honor of Barr’s well-known style. The Bottom Line: Chaired by Beverly Blettner, the evening of dinner and dancing to the music of the Doug Daniels Trio funded scholarships for fashion design students, which are awarded annually by Stanley Paul, president of the Apparel Industry Foundation, Inc.
