One Lawn Night

| October 10, 2012 | Parties

The Party The Guild Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago hosted its eighth annual Lawn Ball at the Saddle & Cycle Club. The Friday evening party—always a highlight of the summer social season—started with cocktails and mingling on the back patio. Guests then headed inside for a seated dinner and remarks from Guild members and inspiring young Boys & Girls Club members. The evening ended with dancing to the band Final Say. The Players More than 300 young Chicago professionals helped raise more than $270,000 dollars for Boys & Girls Clubs across the city. Guests were dressed to impress in their “country-club chic” attire. We spotted tons of Vineyard Vines ties, colorful sundresses and plenty of flip-flops! The event, which was chaired by John Cialone and Andrea Katz, also featured a silent and live auction. Guests included Kimberly and Randy Burt, Eve and Randy Rogers, John and Wentworth McGovern, and many other young leaders. Photography by Robert Carl
