Elements of fermentation have become a hot trend in the food community, appearing on countless menus as the next hip thing. Chef Dawn Wilson of Vicini Pastaria serves up another incarnation of Cena con Amici (“Dinner with Friends”) featuring Perigord black truffles at the menu centerpiece. Big Delicious Planet
Fans of Big Delicious Planet’s Farm Dinner Series won’t want to miss this winter edition hosted at Field Note’s Brand’s rustic Midwest Headquarters located in Fulton Market District on Feb. 8. A leisurely family-style meal in a design-forward setting is the highlight of the evening.
