Pop-up Chefs

THE PARTY Kiki Luthringshausen hosted a pop-up dinner at her North Shore home to launch chef Rodelio Aglibot’s newest restaurant, Earth + Ocean, opening in mid-February at Randhurst Village. THE SCENE Guests were treated to an exclusive tasting of Aglibot’s globally inspired dishes, while partners Aeron Lancero and Paul Lee served wine and cocktails. Attendees were able to interact with the entire team throughout the evening as they cooked. THE HIGHLIGHTS Guests raved about the lamb tartare with sesame and pine nuts; kale salad with lemon, pine nuts and pecorino; and signature dishes from the famed “Food Buddha” like honey and ginger braised Angus short ribs and crispy rice with spicy tuna.
