Raising the Bar

Eco-conscious foodies flocked to the second anniversary celebration for Prasino in Wicker Park, which also feted the recently renovated bar area with its 41-foot bar boasting an impressive glass-enclosed wine library, curated by wine director Keith Mallini. Guests mingled over cocktails courtesy of Mo√ęt & Chandon, Belvedere and Revolution Brewing (Prasino mixologist Todd Ekis also poured his signature farm-to-bar libations) while sampling some of the restaurant’s delicious dishes, including tuna tartare, grilled shrimp and eggplant pitas.
