The Service Club of Chicago held its 120th anniversary gala, Return to the White City, at the Four Seasons, which was set for a fête by Kehoe Designs. Co-chairs Sally Jo Morris and Vonita Reescer welcomed more than 420 guests, including honorary chairs Richard and Maggie Daley and The Devil in the White City author Erik Larson. Bill Kurtis and Walter Jacobson emceed the evening, which included a celebrity live auction and dancing to the Stanley Paul Orchestra. The soirée raised $400,000 for Chicagoland charities and cultural organizations.
